Welcome! This website is here as a work in progress, a place where I can a gather and display my classes, events, trainings and musings. Yoga has been part of my life since 1991, then 1995 I began deeper search to know the mystery of myself. This journey took me to many places. I have been fortunate to study with and learn from many that have gone on the path before of me. To each of these beings am forever grateful. I continue to share what I have learned because I can not imagine ever not sharing. Each of the trainings, teaches and workshop have changed my life and have altered how relate to myself and others.
