To Chiropract or Not To ...

As we do yoga, deepen our practice and continue to transform ourselves, we will sometime's come up against an obstacle. I became acutely aware of mine this week. What seemed like a small hut-hum nothing .. ended up being my pelvis shifted one inch. Yes I know this did not happen suddenly it was a shift the happened over time - so then why does my chiropractor thing she can shift it back in 10 minutes or less? Yes, good questions. Two days later my body is still in conversation with me asking, "Why?!?!"
